Scope of Services. Through this Site, Dayan Cleaning Services markets and arranges Recurring Home Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Vacation Rental Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Dayan Cleaning Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Warranty Disclaimer. Dayan Cleaning Services makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Damages. Dayan Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dayan Cleaning Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under WA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in WA for any related dispute.

Term Changes. Dayan Cleaning Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
